Interview with "Holly Would Surrender"

Holly Would Surrender is a Pop Punk band from Hamburg, Germany

I got the pleasure to interview them.

TIPPP: Who are your influences?

HWS: A lot of Pop Punk Bands, let us name some: blink182, New Found Glory, City lights, Man Overboard, Nofx and a lot more.

TIPPP: Are you guys on tour? If so with who? If not do you have any coming up and with who?

HWS: Yes we are right now touring North Germany as good as we can besides our Daily Jobs. We played a lot of shows with our Friends Fire in Fairyland. Check them here: www.gireinfairyland.de

TIPPP: How did you guys come up with the name "Holly Would Surrender"?

HWS: It was an idea of our first drummer. He came up with the idea to do something with Hollywood/ Holly Would
So we simply looked After a word that Would fit right!

TIPPP: What is your favorite and least favorite thing about being in a band?

HWS: Hanging out together and playing shows... that is the best thing about being in a band!

TIPPP: I know a few bands from Germany but overall what do you guys think of the pop punk scene
 there?

HWS: The Pop Punk scene is very small. There are not many German Pop Punk bands. We have a lot more political Punk Bands and a good Ska scene in Germany.

TIPPP: How was the feedback on "The Great Escape"?

HWS: The feedback was okay, but Germany doesn't really have The scene for The style of Music.

TIPPP: Anything else you want to share with everyone?
